Es Cabrales lo mismo que el queso picon (Tresviso?) Eat a lot of queso picon during y childhood while visiting my grand parents in Cabezon de la Sal (some of it had worms in it...my grandfather used to squash 'em w/the knife and give'm to me....) Then, much later in life I found out about Cabrales...which is basically Asturian, while the pico is Cantabrian... The bottom line is.....I live'm both!! I'm fm El Bierzo in Leon....a bit further south...
